Ashten Dirks

Ashten has been a part of the Southwest Ag team since November of 2020. She is no stranger to this region as a graduate of Fowler High School (2015) and then Fort Hays State University (2019).

Ashten started her career at the Ford County FSA office. She later developed an appreciation for serving the farming community through a privately owned office, which led her to join the Southwest Ag team which also has a great reputation in the farming community.

She is a farmer’s wife before an insurance agent and has a deep understanding of the many adversities farmers face. Her goal is to help mitigate risk and ensure her customers are taken care of.
